Bailey Tire Auto & Marine Service Inc. has been family-owned and operated on Englewood Avenue in Buffalo since 1970. That is over 45 years on the same corner, under the same name, doing the same three things: auto repair, tires and marine work. Most shops pick one of those. We never have.
The real story
A shrink-wrapped boat and a car on the lift, same concrete.
Walk into the bay on any given week and you will find a sedan up on the alignment rack a few feet from a hull on a trailer. That is not staged for a photo. Marine repair has been a real, full service line here for as long as the auto and tire side, and the same crew works both. Boats come in through the winter for engine work and rebuilds, and go back out ready for the water when the season turns.
The full list of what we handle runs to seventeen items, from brakes and wheel alignment to undercoating, auto glass and NYS inspections, plus classic car work and custom wheel and lift jobs on the side that wants to sit different than it rolled off the factory floor.

We are a border shop, and we price like one.
A lot of our customers drive over from Ontario, so we set it up for them. Show a valid Ontario driver’s license and you get 10% off a purchase of any four tires. We also store tires and wheels for Canadian customers between seasons, so you are not hauling a second set back across the border twice a year.

The equipment
A pull gets measured here, not guessed at.
We run Hunter equipment, including a Hawkeye aligner and a Hunter road force balancer, so an alignment or a vibration complaint gets traced to an actual cause instead of corrected by feel. Custom and large wheels go on a touchless tire changer built to handle anything up to 28 inches, which is the difference between a set of wheels coming back clean and coming back marked.
